Don't Open Anything From Unknown Sources

A few years back I took part in a security course that also focused on hacking, and my best advice to all of you, dear readers, is that you don't ever open anything from unknown sources. That is especially important when it comes to your e-mail account.

There is a current trend of sending zip-files around, but all types are potentially harmful. The fact that you can hide destructive code in what appears to be a .JPG graphic file should be enough to keep you on your toes.

Don't believe anything from unknown sources. No one is going to offer you 35,000,000US.$. because you are a nice guy, and no one is going to pay you any Google lotteries or other foolish spammy phishing attempts.

Stay clear of all of this - and delete this type of trash immediately.
